Old World Glam

Love is in the air this month and we loved collaborating with a great Canadian team on this Montreal styled shoot! Our team ventured to Montreal for a corporate event in August and fell in love with the city’s old world beauty and charm.

We scouted venues from Dallas and found the Theatre St James, a building full of rich history and stunning architecture. From there we just couldn’t resist teaming up with some of Montreal’s fabulous creative partners to create some magic. Take a peek at this “Old World Glam” shoot, full of rich tones and textures just in time to spread some love this Valentine’s Day.

Montreal fashion blogger, Zuhal Akay helped our team out as the perfect model for the Montreal styled shoot. One of the things most important to us in the shoot was to stay true to old Montreal and it’s beauty. The classic architecture of The Theatre St. James set the tone as the perfect backdrop. Montreal’s newest bridal designer, Lisa Abi Chedid, did an amazing job with her elegant tulle gowns for a timeless and romantic style.

Florist Aura Designs captured the old world style with a traditional floral arrangement and gold accents. One thing we loved about Montreal was the endless options on china and rental patterns. Celebrations rental company had a great selection of inventory to make our old world glam shoot come to life. Nuage designs’ sparkle velvet linen was the perfect bit of glam in this traditional space to continue the rich but elegant feel.
