Years ago, I worked with a variety of planners while serving as the Director of Catering for a pair of Dallas venues - none of whom met my expectations. Pretty end results were often achieved, but the process of getting there was anything but. 

Stress, chaos, missed details, forgotten seating arrangements, and overlooked opportunities were the status quo. I knew there had to be a better way to make big things happen.

Molly

Owner | Creative Director 

With nearly two decades of industry experience, Molly’s reputation for event planning excellence is unrivaled. After graduating with a degree in Hospitality Management from the University of North Texas, she jumped straight into the world of over-the-top event production while assisting a celebrity wedding planner - and never looked back.

In 2015, she poured her accumulated expertise in floral design, catering direction, audio-visual components, and live show production into the founding of Pop Parties. Her highly-trained team produces around 25 events per year and is regarded as one of Texas’ premier planning firms for creative weddings, social gatherings, and corporate events.  

Molly has executed luxury events across the United States and in the Caribbean, worked in conjunction with the White House Chief of Staff, and had the pleasure of assisting behind-the-scenes for events featured on national television. The hands-on leadership and “whatever it takes” mentality that Pop Parties is known for starts with Molly, making her and her team an invaluable partner for your celebration.

An East Coast girl who, despite her comfort in growing up in NJ and neighboring the bustling energy of places like NYC, sought to put her social skills to the test and expand her horizons out West.

Emily attended Arizona State University, where her passion for event planning quickly turned into a reality. In the midst of her time in Arizona, working for Modern Luxury Scottsdale and a private planning company, she also spent time training alongside the Elves of Van Wyck & Van Wyck (NYC based event design firm), where she quickly honed in on her attention to detail. 

Her professional journey then catapulted further into the world of luxury in 2020, into the Mountains of Aspen (where she spent 2 years learning the grave importance of preparedness in small mountain towns) and the hills of Los Angeles (planning in destinations such as Pebble Beach, the Caribbean and Europe). All leading her to Pop, a (5-year long) serendipitous destination!

Outside of her role as the Director of Operations and Senior Project Manager at Pop Parties, Emily enjoys traveling to locations that pose the “best sunset/sunrise” spots and creating those same meaningful connections throughout her relationships all across the US.

With six years of experience in the world of events preceded by a 12 year-tenure in the food service industry, Nataly has seen and done it all! Drawn in by the transformative power of event design, Nataly joined Pop Parties as an executive assistant to Molly and quickly went on to become the project manager of everyone’s dreams. 

In her current role for Pop, Nataly enjoys combining her love for creativity and customer service to help bring parties to life. Energized by variety and change, Nataly embraces the fact that no two days are exactly alike in the event world. She excels at helping clients achieve designs that are both beautiful and functional to create an inviting event environment - and it’s no surprise that her ability to multitask and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure has been honed by her experience as a mom. 

Outside of her work with Pop, there’s nothing Nataly loves more than spending time with her three boys - although creative pursuits like painting, digital art, and calligraphy are a close second!

Senior Project Manager

Rachel

With over 10 years of experience in the event industry, Rachel brings a unique perspective to every project. Having worked as an entertainer since graduating from Texas State University with a BFA in Musical Theatre, Rachel had always been involved with events - but when entertainment opportunities disappeared in 2020, she took a step back to reassess her career.

After falling in love with floral design and the broader scope of event planning, Rachel joined Pop Parties in the fall of 2022 and has been creating one-of-a-kind experiences ever since. Her ability to develop comprehensive game plans that consider every aspect of an event, as well as her flexibility when faced with unexpected circumstances, are huge assets to her clients.

Outside of work, Rachel continues to pursue her love for performing alongside her British husband in their country/rock band, which has taken them to over 60 countries. Trivia, competitive game nights, and a good bottle of red wine are a few of her favorite things.

Molly C

Project coordinator

Molly Cola brings a dynamic blend of organizational prowess, multitasking expertise, and exceptional customer service to her role as Project Coordinator. With a background as the former General Manager for Emler Swim School, Molly's extensive experience in managing complex operations and delivering outstanding client experiences makes her an invaluable asset to our team.

As a Project Coordinator, Molly plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our events and initiatives. Her keen attention to detail and strategic approach are evident in her responsibilities, which include overseeing final event details, addressing client inquiries with precision and professionalism, and developing comprehensive timelines to keep projects on track and within scope.

Outside of work, Molly C enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two kids Jack and Hallie, traveling, and playing games, usually with a glass of wine nearby.

Kayla

Graphic Designer and Branding manager

Equipped with dual-degrees from Arizona State University and La Sorbonne Université de Paris, Kayla is Pop Parties' dynamic force in the realm of digital engagement. With her unique blend of passion, fun, loyalty, and risk-taking, Kayla has been illuminating the digital sphere for 15 years.

Over the years, she has honed her expertise in digital media management, social media consulting, and graphic design. This trifecta of skills empowers her to curate luxurious digital experiences that capture the elegance and sophistication of the wedding industry, resonating with brides and vendors alike.

At Pop Parties, Kayla assumes the role of Branding Manager, where she seamlessly integrates her knowledge to enhance consumer interaction and strengthen social media relationships. Her commitment to fostering community and uplifting others is evident in every campaign she spearheads, making her an invaluable asset to both our team and our clients.

When she's not crafting ROI-boosting strategies or designing captivating graphics, Kayla is on a mission to bring people together, both online and offline, embodying the very essence of what Pop Parties stands for.

Kayla is everyone's biggest cheerleader. Her creative brain and impeccable taste aid in pushing our client designs to the next level each time. And the best part -  is she never settles until our clients are 110% happy with their stationery.

Office Manager

With a 40+ year background as a dental assistant, Diana transitioned seamlessly into her current position, leveraging her expertise in organization, attention to detail, and dedication to ensuring smooth operations.

As the Office Manager, Diana's responsibilities encompass a wide range of crucial tasks. From meticulously tracking RSVPs for various events to maintaining the cleanliness, orderliness, and stocked inventory of our office space, Diana ensures that every aspect of our workplace environment is conducive to productivity and comfort. Her commitment to excellence extends to assisting with stationery and welcome box items, guaranteeing that our team has the tools and resources they need to thrive.

Whether it's coordinating schedules, resolving logistical challenges, or providing invaluable support to our team, Diana's dedication to her role is evident in every task she undertakes.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Diana enjoys spending time with her second favorite daughter (Pop Boss, Molly) and her favorite daughter (Dog) Daisy, and playing tennis and pickleball.

With over 35 years of Diana managing my life, it was a no brainer to bring this pop-mom to assist our team as the company has grown.

Jesse

Associate EVENT planner

Jesse brings over 8 years of invaluable experience in hotel management and events to our team as an Associate Event Planner. With a passion for creating unforgettable experiences and love for his clients, Jesse plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of our events.

Prior to joining our team, Jesse honed his skills in the dynamic world of catering and hotel management, where he excelled in delivering exceptional guest experiences and managing complex teams. 

Jesse's fun loving attitude is evident in his approach to event planning. Whether coordinating logistics, liaising with vendors, or managing on-site operations, Jesse's commitment to his clients' happiness shines through in everything he does.

Outside of work, Jesse enjoys spending time with his two dogs, Daisy and Oreo as well as trying new restaurants and playing video games. 


Addason

Associate Event Planner

Born and raised in Allen, Texas, Addason’s driven personality, knack for organization, and reputation for taking control of her family’s vacation and party plans were early indicators that the event industry was for her. Having decided on her career path, Addason attended the University of North Texas to play volleyball and pursue a degree in Hospitality Management. 

Addason’s 10 years of industry experience include working in a high-volume production environment at Ashton Gardens and Noah’s Event Venue. Her ability to listen to her clients’ needs and put their ideas into action make her an ideal event planner, and superior service is her signature.

A lifelong member of Chi Omega Fraternity, Addason enjoys attending networking events for members of the wedding industry whenever possible (so if you see her out and about, be sure to say hello). When she isn’t working at weddings and events across Texas, she’s spending time with her husband, their daughter, and their firstborn - a fur baby named Riley.

Jenna

Associate EVENT planner

As a small town girl, Jenna didn’t realize event planning was a viable career path until she enrolled at the University of North Texas. A class in special event management shifted her sights from law to hospitality, and she’s been immersed in the industry ever since. 

Prior to joining Pop Parties, Jenna gained extensive experience while working in catering and event staffing for a country club in North Texas. She further developed her eye for patterns, textures, and event design while working for one of the nation’s leading linen retailers. Jenna has personally executed more than 100 extraordinary weddings and events and has been with the company since its founding in 2015
