A Floral Inspired Wedding at Hall Arts

Emily and Fletcher’s floral inspired wedding was centered around the gorgeous oil on aluminum mural in the Hall Arts ballroom. The vibrant colors, fresh florals, and unique lighting design all made the painting come alive for a one-of-a-kind design! Their floral inspired wedding was one of our personal favorites with such a unique color palette.

How They Met

Fletcher met Emily the second semester of his sophomore year when she was a freshman at Texas Tech university, they fell in love and have been dating ever since. Fletcher is from San Antonio, and instead of moving home after college, he followed Emily to her hometown of Dallas to pursue a law degree at SMU. Recently, the couple got their precious dog Idabell who they adore!

The Proposal

Emily left work on a Friday afternoon thinking she was going to spend her weekend cleaning and organizing. Little did she know Fletcher was planning a proposal from start to finish all in one day. Fletcher had been waiting for this day for 6 years and with all the craziness going on in the world, he felt it was time! He decided to call all of Emily’s family and friends and get the ball rolling. When Emily got home she could tell something was different because Idabell was going crazy. Next thing she knew Fletcher was down on one knee with the most beautiful ring asking for her hand in marriage. Fletcher and Emily later celebrated their engagement with their closest friends.

Inspired Design Details

The team at Pop Parties assisted Emily with creating her art-filled, floral inspired wedding! There were many different aspects that brought this gorgeous wedding together. Stemming off of the large mural in the ballroom, darling invites, pristine florals, and stunning tabletops were inspired. As a thank you to guests for attending, Emily and Fletcher gifted their family favorite dishes in a custom recipe booklet that also served as the seating card!

Fletcher’s Surprise Frat Party

As a fun surprise, Emily decided to throw fletcher a final frat party that featured the red raider mascot, late night corn dogs for the grooms namesake, and a large game of cup pong! There was even a “Scow Bar” for guests to grab a flavorful cocktail!

Thank you to all of our vendors who made this day a fairytale for Emily and Fletcher! It will be an event for their family and friends to always remember!
