Josh and Kristen met online through a quite random connection of family and friends. They went on their first date at Henry’s Majestic in January. After becoming exclusive around mid April, they went on summer vacations with each others families–his in Colorado and hers to their family lake house for the 4th of July. Both of them were in school until Josh graduated in August, so they went through similar experiences with having to study on the weekends. In their free time they were each others means of a break from their busy school/work lives. Kristen visited Josh’s hometown in West Monroe in August, and after that she was pretty sure an engagement was on the horizon. Kristen and Josh love each others families and came from similar backgrounds.
