Sophisticated Summer I Do’s

As we wrap up our summer wedding season, we can’t help but look back on some of our favorite summer I Do’s. Andrea and Patrick’s July wedding was a warm one but overall it couldn’t have been a prettier day! The sun might have been hot but it sure did make for some pretty pictures. Following a ceremony at Christ the King, guests attended a quick cocktail hour before dinner service began. DJ Nate Nelson kept the party going through out the night and the dance floor was packed! Later in the evening, Ben and Jerry’s provided guest with a cool late night snack. After the grand sparkler send off, guest were given a slice of pizza for the journey home! Overall, the whole day was a beautiful reflection of Andrea and Patrick and was a wonderful way to celebrate them. Thanks to the Guiltinan’s for choosing Pop Parties, happy one year  anniversary you two!

Andrea and Patrick met through mutual friends. However, they never really got to know each other until a New Year’s Eve party one year. One week later and Patrick officially asked her out on a date.

Their proposal actually happened on a surprise trip to Buenos Aires, Argentina. Patrick planned it all – from packing her bags to making sure the dogs were taken care of. Patrick’s first few proposal ideas failed as the adventured through Argentina but when they returned to their room one night, he got down on his knee and finally popped the question!
