Here in Dallas we’ve been having some gloomy weather for the last few weeks, but I’m here to brighten it with some of our favorite spring event highlights – some professional images, and some Instagram captures until we get the pro ones back! As an event and wedding planner, it’s so fun for me to watch these details come to fruition from ideas, to sketches, to execute and beautifully photographed.
With having completed 13 events in just 8 busy weeks, here are the top five highlights from Pop Parties’ spring event season – in no particular order – full posts on all events to come!
2. The cutest, (and most well behaved) 4 legged ring bearer, and his super cute parents. Their wedding was a killer, wine inspired soiree featuring great food, free flowing vino, and tons of personal details at The Laurel in Grapevine, TX. (Photo: Fairytale Photography)
3. This unique, (and kick ass) get-a-way car that perfectly fit the brides bubbly personality and girly girl style! (Photo: Jamie Huffman)
4. The custom wood chip napkin rings (look closely!) which also served as place cards for 300 guests at this over the top enchanted forest inspired wedding at The Westin Stonebriar Resort. Here, we couldn’t get enough of the well thought out details. (Photo: DKD Instagram)
5. Killer parties, with a packed dance floor and even better DJ! (Photo: VIM Studios)
Stay tuned for our travel recap from our vacation to Le Blanc Spa Resort in Cancun, Mexico – a perfect honeymoon destination and a short 2.5 hour flight from DFW. Also to come, several yummy recipes and summer entertaining ideas in our new backyard oasis!

The entire Pop Parties team is the most organized, communicative, and on-it team I have encountered Their response time is unbelievable and made my entire wedding day stress-free. Not one detail was missed, and the wedding was the most beautiful and fun evening. They maintained professionalism, while also feeling like a close friend through the entire process. I could not recommend them enough.
