Pastels, monograms everywhere, whats not to love about this southern soiree? Originally designed as a tented event, (and soon to be in 2021!) our team quickly downsized to an intimate family affair for 20 when COVID19 hit. Katherines beautiful gown and love for southern details inspired our design to create something safe and one of a kind. Our greenery "tent" was a punt just three days before the i-dos as we moved the wedding location to the backyard of their first home together. Sweet memories like these are what we live for, and we can't wait to party in 2021 too!
Anyone who lived through 2020 knows that COVID19 is no joke, especially in the world of weddings and group gatherings. If there is one word we can use to describe our bride Katherine, it is GRACE. This adorable micro-wedding was the hybrid of a postponed COVID19 soiree, and we even postponed it a second time, just 72 hours before the big day, due to protests happening in the City of Dallas. Katherine and Colin envisioned a southern soiree in the perfect pastel palette. As a graphic designer for RewardStyle, Katherine had a great eye for details, including doing her own printed materials and monogram! Her mom owns an embroidery company, so we put the whole family to work to create this magical, backyard wedding for them in just under three days. Not to worry, we will celebrate properly on their one year anniversary in 2021!
