The Palette

With a bride who is an artist, we knew we had to include her own personal artwork into the wedding day. Gina's hand painted veil was a show stopper that inspired the entire wedding design. Their college meet-cute at UT and fall wedding was the perfect story to incorporate burnt orange, and fall blooms into the design of the day. A hand painted invitation liner in bold colors had guests obsessed with the details from their first peek in the mail!

Design Plan

Gina and Colin met during their college years at UT Austin, and immediately formed a bond. Their love of nature and being active together meant the wedding had to have an outdoor element to it. As members of the Dallas Arboretum, it was the perfect background for their nuptials. Gina is an artist and loves to paint, and make jewelry, so when we asked her about her wedding design, she knew she wanted artistic inspired decor and a bold color combo to off set her beautiful white ball gown. Ultimately, the couple wanted a big party, where guests could feel comfortable to dine, dance, and enjoy the conversation of loved ones.
